This allows us to use super pure CO2 in our process, minimize our reliance on outside sources of gas, and reduce carbon dioxide emissions in Colorado. ⁠ ⁠ We are incredibly proud of our sustainability efforts. We recognize that there is always room to do more, and we regularly prioritize sustainability and green initiatives as our brewery continues to grow.
