Culture & Careers

We’re a team, a group, a club, a family, a tribe, a troop, a crew.

Open Positions

Who We Are

An independently owned and operated craft brewery, Denver Beer Co was founded in 2011 on the core belief that beer is serious FUN. Our team creates and pours approachable and damn delicious beer that is made with the finest locally sourced grain and produced using 100% clean solar power. We foster a safe, inclusive, and team oriented, growth minded culture for our people and community with amazing “beer-nefits”, competitive wages, generous PTO, educational opportunities, company matching 401k, and health insurance benefits to take care of our team members.

How do our people make it happen every day?

Our People are serious FUN too! The recipe is living and breathing the Denver Beer Co Standards:

Over and Above

We strive to exceed our guest, team members, and communities expectations – creating an experience and a connection. We set goals, but work toward what lies beyond those goals. We commit to doing our best everywhere we go, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, showing up to work and in our day to day life, standing for something bigger than ourselves. We have our own personal and professional goals to achieve the best version of ourselves and are engaged in helping people around us achieve their goals too.

CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT

We don’t settle for mediocrity. We strive to go from good to great, improving each day. We participate in progress, spending time reflecting on what went right and what went wrong. We take time to learn and adjust. We believe in doing the little things better each time. When we make mistakes, we own it, check our ego, and move forward with empathy.

ACCEPT CHALLENGE

The moment you stop accepting challenges is the moment you stop moving forward. We embrace difficult situations, lean in, and approach challenges with curiosity and a growth mindset. We figure it out! While we may have not experienced every situation that we’re presented with, that doesn’t mean we can’t learn how to do it, and do it well.

Pride & Camaraderie

We take pride in our craft. We embrace our roles and give every task, large or small, our best effort. We play our part, acknowledge others along our path, and are true to ourselves. We proudly sign our name to our work.

We’re a team, a group, a club, a family, a tribe, a troop, a crew. We help each other out, each and every day and twice on Sundays. We lift each other up. We put our trust in each other. We lead with respect. We bring our positive attitude to work. And most importantly, we celebrate our successes together.

SO, WHAT DO YOU THINK... WANT TO JOIN DBC?

Want to work for a locally owned and independently operated craft brewing company that believes in environmental stewardship and fosters a safe, inclusive, and team oriented culture for our people and community?
