Beer Bacon & Coffee announcement: 🥓 We’ve got a bunch of breakfasty beers on tap, here’s a look at two! Cafe de Olla is making the trip from the @cerveceriacolorado taproom to our Beer Bacon and Coffee event! Inspired by the traditional bittersweet and lightly spiced Mexican coffee, the Cafe de Olla Stout was created in collaboration with @sanpascualbayloncerveceria. Brewed with a lightly roasted Guatemalan coffee, piloncillo to provide a caramel sweetness, and Vietnamese cinnamon, star anise, cloves, and orange peel, the resulting brew is a delightful melange of flavors reminiscent of a pot of beloved Cafe de Olla. And we’re doing a mimosa, but making it beer! Our new Mimosa Sour is brewed with Cara Cara orange and is basically a glass full of sunshine. If you haven’t already secured your spot at our March 5th & 6th breakfast tables, do so quickly. Only a few are left at each location! Link in bio for tickets. Stay tuned for more brew announcements! #beers #brewery #craftbeer #beerstagram #beerme #brunch #party #denver #colorado #thingstodoindenver – Denver Beer Company
