Pop-Up beer poking with our friends at Collective Vail

Our friends at Collective Vail are stopping by our Lowry taproom for a special beer poking pop-up event. Beer poking involves heating a metal poker in a fire until it’s glowing red, then dipping it into a pint to heat and caramelizes the residual malt sugars in the beer creating a delightful mix of caramelized sweetness and frothy goodness.

Gather around the fire pit, watch the sunset, and enjoy a frothy pint with DBC & Collective Vail. You won’t want to miss this unique experience!
