‘Tis the season for TAMALES!

Cerveceria Colorado is partnering up with Kahlo’s Mexican Restaurant to bring you el más delicioso tamale pairing of 2021! In Mexico, and for many Mexican-American families, tamales are an integral part of the Christmas season. Bring your amigos and familia, this rich culinary tradition is meant to bring loved ones together over the shared joy of delicious food.

We will be pairing your favorite Mexican-inspired cervezas with this classic Mexican dish. Cervezas and tamales are both a labor of love and we are excited to share them both with you all!
Pairing includes:

• Tamale de Piña- Senor Piña Pineapple Blonde

  • Corn tamale with pineapple filling and brown sugar dusting

• Tamale Rojo with Beef- ¡Venga! Mexican Style Lager

  • Corn tamale with beef with red chile sauce

• Tamale de Elote- Poblano Pilsner

  • Corn tamale with queso, crema fresca and salsa verde

• Tamal Oaxaqueno with Chicken- Mango Rico IPA

  • Mole negro sauce and chicken

Each pairing will include 4 tamales paired with 4 cervezas. Tickets are $25. ¡No te lo pierdas!
