Cerveceria Colorado and Maria Empanada have teamed up to bring our Latine communities together over fine food and delicious chelas. You can find the pairing descriptions listed below!

• Colorado Especial paired with the Beef Clasico. Inside this clasico you will find the empanada filled with ground angus beef, red bell peppers, hard-boiled eggs, green onions, and green olives. 

• Fuego Manso our Chipotle Amber Ale made in collaboration with Cerveza Caserio, from Tampico, MX paired with the Corn empanada. Inside the empanada, it is filled with sweet corn, red bell peppers, Parmesan cheese, green onions.

• Buscando Sombra our Mexican Style Dark Lager paired with the Sierra Chicken empanada. The empanada is filled with Shredded chicken, sautéed onions, slightly spicy chipotle peppers, tomatoes, garlic.

• Cafe de Olla paired with the Caprese empanada. Your taste buds will discover the well-roasted tomatoes, buffalo-style mozzarella blend, and fresh Italian basil.

Each pairing will include 4 empanadas paired with 4 cervezas. Tickets are $25. ¡No te lo pierdas!
