Support Breast Cancer Research in Colorado
Cheers to six years! October marks the 6th year of Denver Beer Co’s annual #DrinkPink campaign to fundraise for breast cancer research in Colorado. During the month of October, Denver Beer Co. and its distributor, Breakthru Beverage, will each donate 10% of every sale of Princess Yum Yum cans, pints, kegs and swag to the fight against breast cancer. In addition, our suppliers Oregon Fruit and Graphic Packaging International will contribute raw materials to help us make our beer, which we will then pass along as part of our donation. The combined 10% of sales revenue will be donated to the American Cancer Society who will allocate the funds towards breast cancer research in Colorado. Keep an eye out for special #DrinkPink 6-packs of Princess Yum Yum at your favorite beverage retailer!
Since starting the program in 2017, we’ve donated more than $50,000 to the American Cancer Society.
“We hope this campaign continues to grow year over year,” stated Denver Beer Co. co-founder Charlie Berger. “Through #DrinkPink we show our support of the American Cancer society and the important work they are doing to advance breast cancer research. We hope #DrinkPink continues to create positive impact in the advancement of medical research.”
Denver Beer Co. partnered with the Colorado chapter of the American Cancer Society for the #DrinkPink campaign and earmarked all funds raised by the brewery to go to researchers based in Colorado via the 501(c)3’s local chapter. In addition to the #DrinkPink campaign, Denver Beer Co. and Breakthru Beverage hosted a “Pink Beer Garden” at the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk

We envision a future where our children no longer live with the threat of breast cancer and where everyone has a fair and just opportunity to prevent, find, treat, and survive this disease. By supporting the Making Strides movement, you help ensure the American Cancer Society can continue fighting for that same vision. Together, we can help fund the future of breast cancer research and programs for our loved ones today – and for the next generation.
