2016 GABF Collaboration Celebration!

Come celebrate the Great American Beer Festival! We will be introducing 6 collaboration brews with some amazing breweries from around the country. Plus, live music, food trucks, block party, games, photobooth, and more! Entrance is FREE and open to the public!

Saranac – Utica, NY
LemonHope Lager-
This German style pale lager was brewed with a mix of US, French, and Japanese hops, imparting notes of lemon peel, fresh herbs, and jasmine flower. An extended cold lagering lends a smooth and easy drinking character, finishing with a firm bitterness.
Base Camp Brewing Company– Portland, OR
Red Wine Barrel Aged Funky Wiggles-
This funky Saison was made with a blend of a Belgian Saison yeast, French Saison yeast, and a strain of Brettanomyces isolated in the city of Portland by a local Portland yeast lab. Brewed with wheat, this thirst quenching beer is topped off with floral notes from a dry hop with Millennium hops. Aged in a red wine barrel for 3 months, notes of fruit and oak complement its light, refreshing, and funky vibe…
Mother Road Beer – Falgstaff AZ
This Old Ale was fermented with an English ale strain that is raisiny with heavy caramel flavors and a sweet body. Aging on toasted Arizona Mesquite wood gives it a touch of smokiness and sharp wood character.
Destihl Brewery – Normal, IL
Uncle Salty-
This funky Saison was fermented in Tequila barrels with Brettanomyces. Green peppercorns were added for a touch of spiciness to complement the earthy yeast character and prominent Tequila presence.
Draught Works Brewery – Missoula, MT
This Imperial Porter was aged in Heaven Hill Rye Whiskey barrels for 3 months. Rich and Chocolaty with strong oak/whisky aroma and flavor.
Rhinegeist – Cincinatti, OH
This IPA is hopped with El Dorado, Galaxy, and Mosaic hops. Oats were used for a creamy mouthfeel and the Juicy Fruit hop profile is complemented with an addition of cascara for a cherry and tobacco like character.
