LINE COOK – DENVER BEER CO – LITTLETON TAPROOM

Do you love craft beer and working with a supportive, kick-ass team? Are you a foodie geek? Is cooking food your love language? We’re looking for all-star line cooks to sling damn good food to serve alongside our damn good beer at our newest taproom location in Littleton (2409 W. Main Street, Littleton, CO 80120), slated to open in November 2023!  You’ll be responsible for preparing all food to recipe and spec in a people first, supportive kitchen. • Stamina and positive attitude to perfectly prepare the same double cheeseburger hundreds of times

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Timely prepare food and follow recipes and presentation to spec
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation practices
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Learn and live the Denver Beer Co Standards that are core to our culture and success!
