At our recent holiday party, the Denver Beer Co. team was tasked with a little experiment to see how we felt before enjoying a glass of Four Sheets, our big Belgian Quad, and after enjoying a glass of Four Sheets.   Measuring in at 11 % ABV, Four Sheets is made with a variety of crystal malts that yield a delightful malt profile with layers of caramel and toffee flavors.  The Belgian yeasts contribute a fruity complexity reminiscent of plums and raisins that mellows out the high alcohol content.

Being such a big beer, we thought it would be a good idea to document our level of fun before and after imbibing.  We hope you enjoy the results, they speak for themselves!

Before Four Sheets…Looking civilized and fancy!  You sure clean up well DBC team! 

And after Four Sheets…Civilized? Not so much!  Fancy and fun? Absolutely!
